Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior QA Manager to play a pivotal role within our engineering team, dedicated to building cutting-edge e-commerce platforms of global standards. The individual will work with a dedicated team of engineers, analysts, product managers, and data scientists to deliver an amazing experience to our sellers and customers."

Roles and Responsibilities

Sr QA Manager is responsible for leading a team of QA Engineers into the delivery of mission-critical eCommerce applications

Responsible for software testing through manual/automation testing of Web-based & Mobile applications.

Create test plans, test cases, and/or test scripts required to validate solutions

Take proactive, expert ownership of Quality Assurance role on multiple eCommerce projects

Test Execution, Evaluation, and Defect Reporting

Experiencing using the Magento Functional Test framework

E-commerce experience is a must plus Marketplace experience is an added advantage

Familiar with site security and how to conduct OWASP testing

Testing PWAs and SPA

Extensive experience with other major e-commerce platforms and 5+ years working with sophisticated e-commerce web applications on those platforms

Understanding of testing and test automation for consumer-facing applications and devices

Working knowledge of WMS systems and understanding of logistics solutions is a benefit

Working knowledge of integration requirements of an ERP, SCM, PG, CRM, Loyalty, etc..

Assist in training and mentoring other QA staff members on QA best practices and techniques

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders

Must have good communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Must be familiar with SEO, CSR & SSR Design and implementation

Must-Have Skills

Candidate should have hands-on 10 to 15 years of experience on Manual Testing

Exp. In Managing a team of test Engineers

Candidate should have excellent knowledge of SQL

Working knowledge of QTP / Selenium or other automation tools/frameworks

Expertise in various forms of software testing: functional and non-functional testing – regression testing, performance testing, etc.

Expert in Unit testing, Regression testing, and System testing

Experience testing web, and mobile applications for iOS and Android

Ability to understand business needs and translate them into test cases and test scenarios

Extensive understanding of QA process (Agile and Waterfall), tools, and approaches

Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar bug and issue-tracking solutions

Experience with Mobile Web testing and simulator/emulation tools is a plus

Experience with Blazemeter/JMeter/load testing tools, and performance testing tools a plus

Experience with testing beyond functional (e.g. Web Accessibility, load testing, security, etc.) a plus

Minimum Qualifications

B. E / B. Tech or an MCA degree

15-20 years of IT experience
