Position Title: Officer- Legal

Required Qualification : Qualified/ Semi Qualified Company Secretary.

Role & Requirements:

1.To assist manager in Company Law compliances,

2.Conducting of Board Meeting & preparation of MOM

3.ROC form filling also CSR work

4.legal documentation like drafting and vetting of agreement

5.co-ordination with other department, RTA, NSDL, legal and secretarial consultant.
