Sales Management
Identify the market potential and representative customers for initial approach with refractory solution
Work closely with application team for making the trial successful and Convert customer to regular business from successful trials
Broad basing the success in other customers in identified cluster
Manage price increase and help company to reach its financial goal
Receivable management and timely collection
Work with market manager for regional growth plan
Dealer sale management
GENERAL CONTEXT:
1. Effectively exploring and developing the market in North India.
2. Deep knowledge of the products and its applications.
3. Independently handling trials and customer complaints.
4. Sustain good relationship with customers.
5. Resource management
5. Co-ordination with production and process team at plant level.
Qualification:
BE/B.Tech in Metallurgy/Cermics/Material Science/Mechanical
Experience:
Minimum 2 years Sales experience in Refractories, Steel or Ceramics Industry
