Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

Understand the project maintenance work or complaint type and segregate the work accordingly

Understand the department inter-linkages to identify the points of contact to obtain information regarding various customer complaints

Communicate timeline of complaint closure to the customer and after sales division.

Coordinate with the customer/department/personnels to ensure closure of complaint in the tracker. If possible obtain the acknowledgement for closure of complaint from the customer.

Analysis the number, type and frequency of complaints received and suggest the technical preventive action to take in order to arrest the frequent complaints noted.

Preparation of Estimation, finalising the contractor, Co-ordinating for the material purchase etc.

Briefing the work to do and to ensure timely completion and quality of the work done and getting customer approval.

Qualifications

Diploma / B-tech Civil Graduate with 3–4 years experience in project execution and handling project maintenance work.
