Job Role: LMS Admin
Work Location: Chennai- Work from Office
Experience: 2-5 Years
Expectations:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in LMS administration.
Proven experience managing and customizing TalentLMS or any other learning management systems.
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support.
Experience in data management, reporting, and analysis within an LMS environment.
Prior involvement in training and supporting users in a corporate or educational setting is preferred.
Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI standards is a plus..
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Education, or a related discipline.
Strong technical proficiency in learning management systems administration.
Experience in TalentLMS is a big plus.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
