Role - Lead – Tower Co Sourcing and Contract Management
Location - Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate new existing MSAs/contracts, passive IP products with tower company vendors, commercial establishments.
Drive analytics and opportunity identification on billing, contract mining.
Own year on year efficiency targets and lead execution of this with internal cross functional teams and partners.
Drive large scale process and digital transformation on Tower Co sourcing, analytics & operations.
Clarification and dispute closure with partners/business team, business support to circles and network function.
Reporting and engagement with senior leadership on matters related to Tower Co.
New opportunities through MSA mining, billing analytics.
Complete ToCo Opex control – Spend breakdown (all spend heads, partners), forecasts and WoW/Opex dashboards.
Partner collaboration: Program for rental reduction, MSA issues (DG removal, wasteful transport, etc.), relocation of sites etc. to reduce on Opex.
Digitization as per need.
Partner management / development
Partner Consolidation – find ways to replace with stronger partners.
Partner contractual issues resolution, governances within TAT for closure.
ToCo Products sourcing and MSA/contracts.
Product portfolio – need for rationalization, new developments (5G), horizontal deployment across partners
Commercial establishments – new term-sheets + models + options for sites out of lock-in.
Contract operations – interpretations with partners / circle contract issues support within TAT for closure.
Modeling and negotiations, messaging and arguments, mgmt. summaries/notes
Operational issues: Pain points from circles, user group - what can be driven through operations (pilot, success, replicate model for other circles), negotiations for those that need contractual interventions
Education Qualification - B. Tech and Full Time MBA
