"Marketing and Creative Associate."

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team of Marketing professionals. You will be assisting in ideating and developing strategies for various projects. Besides, helping the brand boost its outreach efforts will also be a part of this job role.

You will be generating catchy content for brochures and infographics and you will be producing supporting visuals. Apart from suggesting ideas, you should also be able to maintain an accurate record of all ongoing and past projects.

In addition to your creative outlook, we are also looking for your ability to create the brand's social media presence. If you can help the brand evolve its digital presence.

Responsibilities

Ideating content for marketing and promotional activities including supporting materials like brochures, social media posts, and short videos

Coordinating with the Marketing Manager to understand the need and timelines

Planning and preparing engaging content for both internal and external use

Preparing customizable templates for email and social media marketing

Generating attractive content

Creating presentations, newsletters, and infographics

Preparing and maintaining a detailed record of all promotional activities

Gathering information and supporting materials like logos required for marketing purposes

Recommending ideas for brand building

Suggesting and executing changes/improvements to content, the appearance of the company’s website and social media platforms

Developing strategies for various projects

Requirements

Highly creative

Strong digital presence

Knowledge of the latest social media trends

Excellent communication skills

Expertise in using creative tools like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure

Strong presentation skills

Familiarity with different social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
