Position Title: DevOps Subject Matter Expert (SME)/ Azure DevOps Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps principles, tools, and best practices for development as well as the Operations support team.

Location: Delhi-NCR/Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Education Requirement: BTech, BCA, MSc IT, MCA, MSc IT / MS in the area of Computer Science.

Experience Range:

6-10 years of experience as a DevOps Architect

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.

Strong expertise in DevOps tools and technologies (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform).

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Excellent scripting and automation skills (e.g., Shell, Python, PowerShell).

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate) are a plus.

Responsibilities:

DevOps Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive DevOps strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define DevOps roadmaps and timelines.

Tooling and Automation:

Evaluate, select, and implement DevOps tools and technologies.

Design and implement automated workflows for continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and automated testing.

Establish and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.

Infrastructure Management:

Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

Implement monitoring and logging solutions for proactive issue identification and resolution.

Collaboration and Communication:

Foster collaboration between development and operations teams.

Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams.

Communicate DevOps best practices and principles to the broader organization.

Security and Compliance:

Implement and enforce security best practices in all aspects of the development and deployment lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and implement enhancements.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
