Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our ambitious team as we rapidly expand and scale up our product design and development division. The successful candidate will play a lead role in optimizing the interfaces of our currently launched products, and in preparations to launch additional products that digitize the operations of our clients who are primarily in the real estate, law and marketing industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles and be able to translate user needs into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications that span different industries. They will also be a naturally curious problem-solver, who is both able to adapt to existing workflows/processes and is comfortable proposing new ideas and ways forward in meetings with team members and/or clients.

Senior UI/UX Designer Responsibilities:

Collaborate and meet with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.

Design, present and iterate on detailed wireframes based on user needs and business requirements.

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

Work with developers to ensure design concepts are implemented accurately and effectively.

Develop and maintain design systems and design guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Senior UI/UX Designer Requirements:

4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably designing for a wide range of web and mobile applications.

A strong portfolio that showcases your versatility, design process and the ability to solve complex design problems.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.

Good English communication skills (English is not required as a first language, however, the ideal candidate should be able to clearly express their ideas verbally in English).

Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills as this role will involve coordinating with various team members.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Education:

UG: Graduation Not Required - any specialization, however experience working as a UI/UX Designer is required (minimum of 4 years preferred)
