About the role:

Assistant Manager - Training often have backgrounds in business, leadership, human resources, development and education. Training manager responsibilities include enhancing employees skills, performance,productivity and quality of work.

Designation - Assistant Manager - Training

Location - Pune

CTC - 4 L to 5 L

This role requires extensive travelling within Pune city for training purpose.

Roles & Responsibilities –

Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance.

To design and conduct training sessions for employees for kitchen staff.

To help in creating training based budget and Calendar.

Facilitating and designing Induction and On boarding of new Candidates.

Promote the culture of self motivated learning culture.

Designing various functional and behavioral training modules.

Constant updating of training content.

To conduct Competency based training need analysis.

Candidate Requirements & Skill set

Any Graduate / MBA preferred.

Preferred experience is from QSR, Food processing, food & beverages.

Experience - Min 4 yrs to 10 yrs.

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills

Flexible for travelling to different kitchens in intercity or intracity.

To know regional language.
