Stock Clerk - SM City Grand Central

Responsibilities:

• Consistently offers high level of customer's satisfaction through excellent service.

• Assists customers in the selection of merchandise, does suggestive selling of new products and on-going promotional items and directs them to the nearest counter for payment.

• Replenishes and arranges stocks on display and ensure availability in the selling area.

• Engages with customers and endorses direct complaints to superior for proper handling (if any).

Key qualifications:

• Senior High School Graduate

• With good clerical skills and attention to detail

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
