Tele Collector/Collection Specialist

Tele Collectors are responsible for reminding and collecting loan payment from the clients via phone call. To educate the clients about the collection process, procedures, polices and explain about penalties. To monitor assigned accounts. And other related tasks assigned by the Immediate Head/Management.
