IT SUPPORT

Experienced with Networking

Manage of Local Network (LAN and WAN) and access to Network.

Experience with FortiGate and CISCO firewalls would be an added advantage.

Responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure of the company.

Monitor inventory of Laptops, Servers, Network, CCTV and footages, ID and Access system and other related matters.

Coordination with 3rd party vendors/partners to procure, maintain and support the IT infrastructure of the company.

Manage the budget and do recommendations to the management.

Responsible for IT Security and Compliance

Implement and Monitoring company Information security guidelines

Perform routing Information security assessment.

Implement proper process and controls.

Coordination with HDPS Head office and other Hitachi companies related to IT matters
