Role Summary:
To ensure the timely and accurate encoding of members' time records and release of payouts
Duties and Responsibilities:
Payout Administration
Verifies total required hours worked, extended hours and other timekeeping related information
Computes and summarized the service hours rendered by members, including the approved excess hours (overtime hours)
Prepares SOMA, payout reports, bank advice and billing reports
Computes SIL conversion, Coopshare Refunds and YEI amount of members
Addresses all complaints and issues of Members regarding their pay-out
Releases payouts based on schedule
Distributes SOMA to Member Supervisor and verifies if received by members
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4 year business course
Willing to relocate to in Arca South, Taguig and relocate to Carmona Cavite
Can start ASAP
