of Sales Admin
The Sales Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring efficient sales operations. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing sales documents, communicating with clients, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies. He/She is also responsible in managing dealership applications and relationships. This role involves coordinating the dealership application process, maintaining communication with prospective and existing dealers, and ensuring adherence to dealership agreements.
Responsibilities:
Process sales orders.
Coordinate with various departments.
Monitor order status and communicate updates to sales staff and customers/clients.
Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations.
Respond to customer/client inquiries.
Assigning territories and quotas to channel sales executives.
Track sales activities, prepare sales reports, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Organize and maintain sales files, records, and documentation in an orderly manner.
Prepare sales-related correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
Process dealership applications from prospective dealers. and facilitate the onboarding process for newly approved dealers.
Prepare regular reports.
Analyze dealership performance data.
Perform other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the Sales Manager - Channel or the COO/CEO
Minimum qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent.
At least 1-year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent management skills in records keeping and files of customers.
