The Subject Matter Expert (Lead BA/Product Manager/ Program Manager/SME) in Life Insurance plays a pivotal role in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and providing expert guidance in specific areas of the US life insurance domain. This hybrid role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating requirements into actionable solutions, and leveraging deep industry knowledge to drive operational excellence and innovation.

Skill Requirements:

Senior Product Manager/ Program Manager/ Functional Life Insurance Products Knowledge

Excellent Business Analyst/ Scrum Master -User Stories/ Jira / Product Management- Life Insurance Mandatory

Extensive knowledge of Life Insurance products and Sapiens preferred

Business Features Architecture (mandatory) and Technical Architecture (good to have) .

Key Communication and Presentation skills.

Valid US B1 Visa.
