QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors in Electronics Communication Engineering Graduate
With at least 1-year experience in a manufacturing company.
Computer literateDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs, schedules and accomplishes tests of processes as assigned. Conducts the necessary test to evaluate processes when appropriate.
Performs monitoring of critical process variables. Provides analysis and recommendations.
Attends to technical inquiries. Provides process troubleshooting support. Makes technical recommendations. Develops process work instructions or procedures.
Participates in multi-functional teams by providing process analysis to address customer concerns. Participates in all new or re-designed product pilot runs to evaluate processes.
Work as part of a team or collaborate with colleagues to achieve Engineering Department’s targets and objectives.
Supervises Process Technician in the performance of their duties. Appraises and implements coaching or recommends training for the professional development of direct reports. Engages direct reports in problem-solving to address customer concerns.
Coordinates with the Line Technician on machine/tools/jigs related works needed for evaluations, improvements and customer complaints action related issues.
Implements company policies, rules and regulations to maintain discipline and order within the department.
Performs other tasks under his/her field of competency.
