Job Overview : We are looking for an End User Support Manager to oversee the technology infrastructure and operational processes of our organization's IT department.

An End User Support Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IT team, ensuring the availability and reliability of systems and networks, managing technology vendors, and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

They must ensure that the organization's IT policies and procedures are up to date and compliant as per defined policies by Organization.

Main Responsibilities : - Overseeing the daily operations of the IT department and ensuring that systems and networks are running smoothly.

- Leading a team of IT professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.

- Ensuring that all Assets of the organization's are up to date and compliant as per IT policies and procedures.

- Assess system performance and recommend improvements.

- Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via help desk.

- Hands on experience on O365 Admin Portal - Creation of users, and assigning of Assets to new joiners in timely manner - Knowledge of Security tools like Zscaler, Seclore, Antivirus - Knowledge of ticketing tool Key Internal Interfaces : Plants : For all IT Plant Machinery requirements and vendor development - Internal Stakeholders from Process, R&D, SC, Quality, Equipment, Sales & Mktg & other functions Key External Interfaces : Suppliers: India / Global DESIRED PROFILE : - BE IT/CS, BSc Comp Sci, IT & equivalent degree Experience of 6 to 7 years of experience in the managing the IT Operations and handling a Team.

DESIRED SKILLS : - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

- Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required.

- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.

- Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high pressure environment.

- Strong customer service orientation - Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment.

Behavioral : - Excellent interpersonal communication, logical analysis, negotiation, and decision-making - Strong planning and organizing skills, problem solving skills, stress management and time management (ref:hirist.tech)
