Machine Operator

Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Machine Operators with experience in cable manufacturing or electrical work. If you possess great attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a stable work history, we want you to be a part of our team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Set up and operate manufacturing machinery, ensuring precise configurations and adjustments.

Monitor machines during operation, diligently checking for irregularities, malfunctions, or deviations from standards.

Perform meticulous quality checks on finished products to ensure they adhere to specifications.

Troubleshoot and rectify minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance for major repairs.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.

Collaborate closely with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet daily targets.

Interpret and accurately follow blueprints to ensure products are manufactured to exact specifications.

Utilize calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to verify product dimensions.

Attendance is a critical functionSkills/Qualifications:

Previous experience in cable manufacturing or electrical work is highly desirable.

A strong ability to pay great attention to detail.

A positive attitude and the ability to work harmoniously in a team-oriented environment.

A stable work history demonstrating punctuality and reliability.

Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and reading blueprints is a significant advantage.
