A little about the role…

The person in this role will be working with our Finance and Customer Support teams to shape their internal business systems to optimize business processes. They will bridge the gap between business and technology helping to ensure that technology delivery is matched with the strategies, objectives and needs of business stakeholders. They will write user stories, manage the backlog, and act as a liaison between the business and development team.

Who You Are

You are someone that embraces day to day product development and planning for internal business systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite. This would include managing the product lifecycle, gathering, prioritizing product requirements, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning business systems. You know that the best way to be a successful product manager is to partner with stakeholders to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

What You'll Do

Define a product strategy to innovate our order to cash business process

Prioritize requirements and develop the product roadmap

Understand and document requirements/business processes

Gain alignment and approval of requirements & acceptance criteria while managing user stories

Work with the development team, UI/UX to identify the best solution options

Manage the backlog for the development team and ensure quality delivery of features and bug fixes

Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders (Finance, Customer Service, Account Management)

Lead the break down of business requirements into technical user stories with the engineering team

Facilitate solution demonstrations (sprint and final demo’s) efficiently

Support UAT sessions and manage feedback

Support solution documentation for release notes

Support the broader delivery team in the execution of change management

Communicate dependencies between cross functional teams

Provide status updates regarding roadmap initiatives and objectives to stakeholders including executive leadership

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate Will...

Be a self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Have deep knowledge and experience with enterprise integration between Salesforce and NetSuite

Have solid understanding of Customer, Sales Order, Invoice, Payment, and Inventory Management

Have experience in implementing NetSuite OneWorld

Be highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize requirements

Work both collaboratively as well as independently

Have the ability to understand varying business needs and respond flexibly

Creatively work with internal resources to recommend and implement best practices

Work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources

Be comfortable analyzing data and identifying opportunities to drive meaningful standardization of data and business processes

Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences

Be agile and can work well in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed and assessed regularly

Have strong expertise in NetSuite and Salesforce preferred

Work with third party integrations tools – Dell Boomi

Have experience in an Agile team using Jira and AHA preferred

Be knowledgeable about the following is a plus: Avalara, Bill.com

Salary

$80,000 to $105,000/year DOE

Location

We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. While our preference is a candidate located in Denver, CO, this role is open to remote candidates in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.
