What You'll Do:

Principal is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Operational Reporting & Analysis Team!

You’ll have the opportunity to:

Provide insight into key business metrics through the creation of data visualizations for business partners aligned to business unit strategic goals.

Complete accurate and timely reporting. Research, analyze, and validate the data to provide metrics to internal business partners.

Develop proactive data strategies and present recommendations to key stakeholders.

Build and maintain reporting platforms to assist business partners in making day-to-day decisions.

Actively participate in project teams to thoroughly develop and maintain processes or systems in accordance with scheduled target dates.

Perform other job-related duties or special projects as the need arises.

Who You Are:

Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's degree required.

Associate's degree related analytics, consulting, project management or equivalent experience.

Experience using dedicated business intelligence applications and/or cloud services (e.g., Domo, Looker, PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, SiSense), but may also use the reporting capabilities of existing ERP, CRM and/or database software vendors (e.g., Oracle BI, Salesforce, SAP Business Objects, Pentaho, SSRS).

Excellent problem solving, analytical, math, and statistical skills and demonstrates the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Must be accurate and pay good attention to detail.

Salary Range Information:

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range:

$57000 - $95950 / year

Time Off Program:

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
