Intro:
As a Business Technologist Analyst (Junior) at AIS, you'll collaborate with clients and leaders to solve complex business challenges across industries. You'll create materials to support technology adoption and achieve defined outcomes, such as presentations, digital experiences, and AI tools. You'll gain diverse industry experience or specialize in areas like Business Apps, Data & AI, Digital Innovation, Cloud Infrastructure, or Modern Work. Junior Analysts play a key role in guiding clients to use technology effectively, bridging business and IT teams to enhance strategies.
What You'll Be Doing:
Uncover needs by diving deep into business requirements through dynamic collaboration and strategic discovery
Capture insights by documenting key findings from diverse sources with precision and clarity
Monitor action items and decisions to help support proactive task follow-up to meet project milestones
Actively maintain and prioritize a backlog of tasks and projects, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of objectives
Leverage industry tools to analyze and document vital data, turning analysis into action
Forge collaboration by joining forces with business and tech teams to craft essential project artifacts, ranging from process models to use cases
Use innovative tools and templates to make complex results accessible
Learn and grow by immersing yourself in the business processes of your domain
Effectively balance client-facing work with contributions to internal projects within the internal practice, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to prioritize responsibilities
Develop clear and concise proposal presentations to support proposal conversations
Regular coordination with practice leader
Coordination with internal AIS functions, including Marketing, Sales, and Office of the CTO (OCTO)
Sharing lessons learned with other groups within AIS – including other Business Units
Content creation in support of active engagements and pre-sales
Location and Travel Details:
Openness to commute and travel as needed, with travel requirements up to 50%.

Profile of Success:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics, Human Resources, Liberal Arts, or related field
Experience with contributing to client projects and/or coordination with project leadership
Engaging diverse stakeholders experience essential for effectively engaging with external stakeholders, understanding their needs, and exception service
Ability to articulate and effective, whether it is sharing insights or working in tandem with the team
Demonstrated expertise in developing engaging and informative slide decks for diverse audiences
Experience engaging diverse stakeholders to solicit feedback
Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and relationships with team members and clients
Exhibits a keen understanding of business principles and the ability to apply them in various contexts
Strong grasp of relevant technologies and the ability to leverage them to solve problems
Skilled in delivering compelling presentations that clearly convey complex information
Comfortably deal with uncertain or incomplete information and adapts to changing priorities
Focuses on achieving outcomes, demonstrating a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles and meeting objectives
Exhibits strong self-direction, managing tasks and responsibilities independently with minimal oversight
