As a Desktop Support Specialist - Tier 1, you would close helpdesk requests, onboard newly acquired firms, work with and guide interns, install new hardware and software, and possibly travel to local offices in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for users via onsite and remote support.

• Support an Office 365 environment.

• Assist with onboarding of new company acquisitions and employees.

• Document all pertinent end-user identification information and build rapport with help desk customers.

• Possible opportunities for off-hours work when needed.

• Travel to multiple offices in the local area and to regional office during implementation, or as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent.

• Minimum 1-3 years experience as a Desktop Support/Help Desk/Service Desk/Network technician.

• Experience deploying and troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems and software products.

• Office 365 expertise – Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, etc.

• Reliable means of transportation to visit local offices.
