Tri Pointe Assurance, the Title and Escrow affiliate of Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an energic individual to join our talented group as an Escrow Processor.
Position Highlights: The Escrow Processor is responsible for opening and updating contracts received through a centralized work queue. Striving to meet established production levels throughout a multi-state organization. Maintaining open lines of communication with escrow branch, title department and builder regarding questions and/or potential issues. This position is REMOTE.
Position Responsibilities:
Monitor work-queue’s for contracts, addendums, final sales recaps, fee request
Distribution of Title commitments, CCR’s and trailing documents sent to all parties
Ordering of HOA Statements in connection with Division calendars
Receipt of all incoming funds
Disbursement of funds once authorization is provided
Other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and title software applications
Escrow processing experience a plus but not required
Proven communication skills, written and verbal
Must be organized
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
Customer service focused
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
