RF Technician

Overview:

Location: Onsite- West Chester, PA

Job Type: Full Time, Contract

Work Authorization: US Citizen, Green Card, No C2C

The A.C. Coy Company has an immediate opening for an RF Technician position. Ideal candidates must knowledge of RF Principles with at least 2 years of hands on experience.

Responsibilities:

Tests, troubleshoots, and repairs RF circuit boards used in RAN equipment

Troubleshoots to the component level

Work with Remote Radio Head (RRH) engineering team, interacting closely with engineers and technicians

Use network analyzers to gather RF data for reports in the support of RRH product development

Reads and works from schematics

Run PIM (Passive Intermodulation) test equipment to troubleshoot and repair antenna prototypes

Maintains satisfactory Quality performance levels

Maintain a clean, organized work station

Trains and/or assists other Technicians in aspects of repair

Qualifications:

Experience

Must possess knowledge of RF principles

Possess soldering and de-soldering skills

In-depth knowledge of electronic circuit componentry and theory

Must be able to use signal generator

Must be able to use Spectrum analyzer

Must possess knowledge of VSWR, ACLR & feedback circuits

Experience with receive & amplifier circuits

Electronics Certification

Pass a Technical Aptitude Test

(Internal applicants) 2+ years’ experience as a Technician B

Letter of recommendation from immediate Supervisor (internal applicants)
