In this role, you will have an opportunity to work with many different end users across Tower Health supporting the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and the ERP (Infor Lawson). The System Specialist provides day-to-day support for the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, employees, and candidates.
As System Specialist, your day-to-day will include:
Resolving and responding to system tickets
Troubleshooting user access and other system issues
Investigating and responding to system enhancement requests
Providing table maintenance and integration support
Building and running reports
Training end users in how to use the system
Writing and updating SOP’s
System auditing and cleanup
Working on projects
This is a hybrid position.

Qualifications:
Relevant experience with an Applicant Tracking System or HRIS is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of recruiting or onboarding process is strongly preferred.
Systems thinker with an ability to identify system opportunities and understand the impact of system changes.
Process oriented and experience with process improvement.
Responsive, professional customer service experience.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and a comfort level with providing training virtually or in person.
Proactive, independent worker who also enjoys collaborating and has a passion for learning.
Experience with MS Office, especially Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
