The Intelligence/Program Analyst shall provide professional support services to assist ACF in conducting Intelligence/Program Analyst activities, including:

Provide ongoing threat/risk intel analysis.

Coordinate, liaise with Department of State (DOS) on repatriation matters. May be assigned the ACF OHSEPR liaison during repatriation deployment events.

Conduct intelligence research, summarize intelligence analysis and develop meaningful intelligence assessments for written products, and/or oral briefs.

Research databases for use in written reports and products. Monitors and analyzes strategic and operational intelligence information. Provides intelligence guidance in disaster human services case management and repatriation operations.

Research and coordinate threat assessments in support of ACF OHSEPR Programs.

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of OHSEPR’s strategic direction.

Supports assessments of OHSEPR’s challenges using specialized skills and knowledge.

Contributes to the development and execution of project or task plans and interfaces with Government and contractor personnel.

Design, develop, and summarize findings from multiple sources regarding business operations.

Skills and Experience:

Program Analysts use strong problem-solving and analytical skills to help the OHSEPR organizations improve their programs. A successful Program Analyst shall have the following skills and qualifications.

Firm understanding of industry best practices and the repatriation program.

Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills.

Unrestricted work authorization.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to calculate statistics like mathematical averages and percentages.

Ability to work independently and with a team.

Ability to adapt to changing technology.

Effective communication skills.

Education:

The Intelligence/Program Analyst shall have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and a minimum of 4 years of professional Intelligence/Program Analyst experience.
