About the Role:

As our Dining Room Manager, you'll be the orchestrator of elegance, ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service from the moment they step through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing daily dining room operations, including reservations, seating, and guest interactions.

- Leading, training, and motivating our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.

- Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to coordinate seamless food and beverage service.

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the dining area.

- Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.

- Implementing and enforcing restaurant policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Qualifications:
