Document Specialist- Houston, TX 77072

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented (Financial) Document Specialist/Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating, formatting, and finalizing a variety of financial documents, including reports and statements. This position requires a keen eye for accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to produce polished hard copy bound reports.

Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and format complex documents in Microsoft Word with precision and attention to detail, including checking for mathematical accuracy.

Utilize advanced Excel skills to organize, analyze, and present financial data effectively.

Ensure consistency in formatting, style, and layout across various financial documents.

Compile financial documents into hard copy bound reports for distribution.

Operate 10-key calculators, computers, binding and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents.

Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative experience.

Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Excel, Outlook, PDF, Word, etc.) with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free documents.

Ability to simultaneously manage a wide variety of tasks and priorities.

Self-motivated and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Proven experience as a Document Specialist/Processor or in a similar role, with a focus on financial document creation.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
