Job Description: We are seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team, specializing in representing crew members and passengers who have sustained injuries or illnesses while on cruise ships. As a Personal Injury Attorney focusing on cruise ship injuries, you will be responsible for advocating on behalf of individuals who have suffered harm during their voyage, ensuring that they receive fair compensation and justice for their losses.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active state bar membership.

Proven experience in personal injury law, with a focus on representing plaintiffs in cruise ship injury cases.

Strong negotiation and litigation skills, with a solid understanding of maritime and cruise ship regulations.
