Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in Tally software, GST, income tax, TDS, ROC filing, and other relevant financial processes. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.

Monitor cash flow, budgetary compliance, and financial performance indicators.

Prepare and file GST returns, income tax returns, and TDS statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing tax liabilities.

Liaise with external tax advisors and authorities as necessary.

Coordinate annual financial audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.

Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.

Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and regulatory filings.

Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decision-making and strategic planning.

Identify areas for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency improvement.

Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, regulations, and corporate policies.

Manage compliance with statutory requirements, such as ROC filings and other regulatory obligations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.

Proficiency in Tally software and advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Strong understanding of GST, income tax, TDS, and other relevant tax regulations.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
