Job Title- Quality Lab Assistant Experience - 6 months to 4 years Salary - 15,000 to 20,000 Bachler Accommodation + Food - company's scope (free of cost) Qualification - any degree, Diploma in Civil, Higher school education

Position Overview: As a Quality Lab Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of materials and processes used in construction projects. Working under the supervision of senior quality control personnel, you will be responsible for conducting various tests and inspections in the laboratory to verify compliance with industry standards and project specifications. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

Perform physical and chemical tests on construction materials, such as concrete, asphalt, soil, aggregates, and steel reinforcement.

Follow standardized testing procedures and protocols to ensure accurate and reliable results

Record test data accurately and maintain detailed records of test results for future reference.

Inspect incoming materials and components to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications.

Monitor construction processes, such as concrete mixing and placement, to identify potential quality issues or deviations from standards.

Communicate any observed defects or non-conformists to the appropriate personnel for corrective action.

Calibrate laboratory equipment regularly to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.

Perform routine maintenance tasks on laboratory instruments and equipment to keep them in optimal working condition.

Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or deficiencies for prompt resolution.

Prepare test reports and documentation summarizing test procedures, results, and findings.

Assist in the preparation of quality control reports for internal review and client submission.

Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements and project specifications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.

6 months to 4 years of experience in construction-related Quality Control Laboratory work.

Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices in the construction industry.

Familiarity with testing methods and procedures for construction materials.

Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording test results.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
