Director of Nursing

Director of Nursing Location: Scottsdale, AZ, 85260 Skills: Director of Nursing The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that high-quality patient care is provided.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Manage and supervise nursing staff Provide training and education to nursing staff Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives Manage nursing budgets and resources Participate in strategic planning and goal setting Requirements: Current RN license Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
