SAP CPQ

Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to gather business requirements and design CPQ solutions that meet business objectives.

Configure and customize SAP CPQ application modules to support complex pricing rules, product configurations, and quote generation processes.

Develop and maintain CPQ workflows, rules engines, and approval processes to streamline sales operations and ensure data accuracy.

Integrate SAP CPQ with other enterprise systems, such as SAP ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms, to enable seamless data flow and process automation.

Provide technical expertise and support for CPQ system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting, resolving issues and optimizing performance.

Conduct user training and documentation to enable sales teams and end-users to effectively utilize the SAP CPQ system and maximize productivity.

Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CPQ solutions, advising stakeholders on opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field.

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP CPQ solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Strong knowledge of SAP CPQ application architecture, configuration, and customization, with hands-on experience in CPQ rule development, workflows, and approvals.

Proficiency in SAP integration technologies and methodologies, including SAP CPI, RFC, IDoc, and web services, to enable seamless data exchange between CPQ and other SAP modules.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

SAP CPQ certification is a Plus.
