Window Tinter/PPF technician

Job Summary:

Mills Auto Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Window Tinter/PPF Technician to join our team at our Kenner, Louisiana location. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers competitive pay and benefits, and the opportunity to work with a reputable company in the auto industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in window tinting and paint protection film installation, and will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our customers.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $90,000 per year, paid biweekly. In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Install window tinting and paint protection film on vehicles according to customer specifications using standard techniques and tools.

- Use precision cutting tools to accurately cut and trim film to fit the windows and surfaces of vehicles.

- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and techniques.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly stored and maintained.

- Communicate with customers to address any questions or concerns and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- At least 2 years of experience in window tinting and paint protection film installation.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
