Job Description
Expanding Midwest firm has a critical role for a talented Civil/Transportation Project Manager to fill in their Columbus Office!
Responsibilities:
Lead the management/execution of multi-disciplinary transportation planning and design projects and tasks
Provide project direction/guidance, ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and meets the client’s needs
Supervise, coordinate, and review work of project teams
Create and ensure QA/QC standards are met
Responsible for project progress/status reports, scope, schedule, and budget
Track progress of deliverables, client reviews, technical input, and comment resolution
Manager workload/deliverables for multiple projects
Compile scope/fee for projects
Conduct meetings and prepare progress reports
Assist with business development efforts
Requirements:
BS in Civil Engineering
PE License in Ohio or ability to submit for reciprocity
8+ years of transportation planning/design experience, preferably with ODOT
Prequalification’s with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) preferred
Knowledge of AASHTO and ODOT Design Criteria and ODOT Project Development Process
Proficient in CAD/Design software (OpenRoads Designer, Microstation, and Geopak)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Salary is commensurate with experience.
