SOX Intern Summary:

Document controls, processes and procedures related to SOX 404 compliance. Update internal control documentation and assist external auditors with controls walk-throughs. Perform SOX testing for internal business controls.

What You'll Bring: Evidence of exceptional ability, especially within an ambiguous environment. Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in Accounting or related area. BS/MS in STEM or quantitative field (CS, Applied Statistics, Operations Research) or BS/MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics (Finance Analytics team). A robust analytical skill-set. Advanced experience in Excel. Experience with Microsoft with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and execution focused. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. Highly collaborative and team-oriented. Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial modeling. Knowledge of the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Section 404, PCAOB standards, and other applicable professional guidance.
