Recruiting Administrative Assistant
The WTC Recruiting/Administrative Assistant provides support to the units Area Manager and support staff. The Recruiting/Administrative Assistants identify and attract suitable applicants, screens resumes, conduct interviews, and assist in the onboarding process. The Recruiting/Administrative Assistant collaborates with the Area Manager to proactively identify hiring needs as well as assist and support with the day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Scan resumes, conduct interviews, assist with onboarding
Manage new hire paperwork
Distribute supplies and equipment as needed
Provide clerical and administrative support
Filing, copying, scanning etc.
Assist in processing paperwork/Gas receipts
Answer phones and greet visitors
Perform physical count of inventory
Receive, unpack and re-stock items as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Communicate clearly and effectively
Solid understanding of MS Office
Excellent decision-making skills
