Position Overview:
To plan, develop, organize, and monitor the overall profit and operations of the assigned regional territories. Provide the highest quality service and work with customers to ensure complete satisfaction, and ensuring all work performed adheres to working in a safe and professional manner. Maintain group profit/loss statement in accordance with corporate margin guidelines. Manage branch personnel, communicate with elevator leadership, and recruit personnel continually. Assist region with projects, personnel, safety, training, and development. Assist the Subject Matter Expert with facilitating course development and conduct training for Operations personnel. Strive for continual improvement in sales and marketing. Incorporate and practice HCSG 5 Marks - Safety, Integrity, Efficiency, Legacy, Respect - in all aspects of job performance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Support and monitor assigned region for development and profitability goals
Support projects within region
Support regional training and development operations
Assist with personnel needs (recruit, hire, termination, discipline, etc)
Develop and maintain group profitability to the highest level
Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing relationships
Conduct operations meetings for regional personnel
Attend trade shows, seminars, meetings, and trainings to present Elevator products
Attend classes with quality and training as required for professional and branch development
Direct division personnel in following corporate programs, directives, and policies
Adhere to all company policies including safety, appearance, and customer service

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
5 years of elevator industry required with mid-level management experience
Solid leadership, effective team building, strong communication and presentations skills to effectively develop relationships with internal and external entities.
Strong sales and financial acumen, customer focus and an active leader in sales programs
Elevator certifications and industry recognition is preferred (CET, QEI, etc)
Computer proficient
Demonstrate respect for all individuals
Must be able to pass Drug/alcohol screening and background check
Able to gain technical knowledge and terminology
