We have the following position at our Santa Clarita hauling division:

Yardman

The yard attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the shop and yard area.

SALARY RANGE: $18.00/hour - $20.90/hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Division yard cleaning and organization activities.

Barrel and Bin Cleaning

Repairs (barrels only and assist welder with bins as needed)

Container inventory & organization

Janitorial cleaning (vacuuming, restroom cleaning, empty trash containers, etc…)

Parking lot and entryway cleaning

Landscape cleaning (weeding, shrubs, trees, and grass areas)

SWPPP Maintenance & Litter Control (on-site BMPs) – Daily

Maintain E-waste, tire, green-waste, and metal drop-off areas

Will assist with road call clean-ups

Perform other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Minimum of 1 year experience working in a safety-sensitive environment.

PHYSICAL:

Ability to make sound judgment.

Ability to stand continuously during assigned shift and lift up to 75 lbs.

Ability to stand, bend, squat and kneel.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions
