Your Qualifications:
Education: Whether you hold a high school diploma/GED or a 2–4-year degree in Engineering or Industrial Manufacturing, your determination is what matters most.
Shift Flexibility: Our 12-hour rotating shifts (including days, nights, and two consecutive weekends a month) give you flexibility with working 14 days out of 28 days!
Manufacturing Knowledge in Comparable Industries: 3-5 years of hands- on experience in Metal Manufacturing OR Oil & Gas, Paper, and Military.
Workflow Savvy: You understand workflow processes and know how to prioritize.
Team Development Guru: Developing and training a team is your forte. You have at least 2 years of supervision experience.
Equipment Expertise: You understand manufacturing equipment operations.
Communication Pro: Your written and oral communication skills are as sharp.
