Senior MSAT Engineer

INCOG BioPharma Services is seeking a Senior MSAT Engineer to join them on their journey in delivering their world class CDMO services, specializing in parenteral injectable drugs.

WHAT?

Scale up and transfer client processes into full scale manufacturing processes, developing all relevant documentation (Tech Transfer Plans, Gap Assessments, Process Flow Diagrams, and PFMEAs).

Represent the MSAT team in projects and communicate directly with customers. Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert for the manufacturing processes, authoring GMP manufacturing documentation (Master Batch Records, Bill of Materials and Processing Forms).

Lead technical troubleshooting and investigations of process issues to support root cause analysis, product impact assessment and develop effective CAPAs. Provide technical guidance and oversight to Operations and Validation groups to support CQV activities.

YOU!

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (MSc in Science or Engineering is preferred but not required). They will also have at least 3 years experience in a GMP environment, and in Technical Transfer for the pharmaceutical industry (specifically in sterile inspection/packaging).
