Manufacturing Production Associate

EMPLOYER SUMMARY

Employer is a leading retailer and manufacturer in the wakeboarding and wake surfing industry, selling ballast solutions, props, boards, and more to customers across the country. They are looking to bring on new team member who are ready to start their career by joining the Manufacturing & Warehouse Operations team. As a vital part of this team, your role works to ensure that the business builds and delivers the best products to the customers. The team is a group of young, enthusiastic, and fun individuals who value a team-based environment.

REQUIREMENTS

* Some warehouse, shipping, and material handling experience

PREFERENCES

* Basic computer and math skills, with close attention to detail

* Experience with CNC and graphic pressing machines

* Comfortable lifting up to 30Ibs of product around warehouse

* Comfortable standing, stooping, and bending for multiple hours each day

JOB DUTIES

* Pick and sort products according to orders to be packed and shipped to customers

* Perform a variety of operations to assemble, fit and prepare product using machinery

* Build hose assemblies and assist with testing and finishing

* Administer quality control, ensuring damaged product is not sent to customers

* Assist team in achieving department goals

* Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area

HOURS

* Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

PAY

* $18 - $22 per hour, depending on experience
