Role Description - Must live in Naples/Fort Myers

This is a full-time on-site role for a Luxury High Rise Project Manager located in Naples, FL. The Luxury High Rise Project Manager will be responsible for supervising construction sites, managing budgets and teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Luxury High Rise Project Manager will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of each project.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the luxury high rise sector

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and build relationships with stakeholders

Experience with project management software and tools, such as Procore and Microsoft Project

Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project timelines

Understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as safety and environmental best practices
