Job Responsibilities:

Create fun and interactive learning experiences while serving as mentors to fellow Teachers.

Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.

Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.

Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

Job Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age

High School diploma or equivalent

Complete and pass state required background check

Qualified Lead Teachers have: 12 ECE Units & 6 months paid experience in a childcare center or similar field

Assistant Teachers have: A minimum of 6 completed units and 6 months paid experience

Teacher's Aide: Does not need any units but hopefully working on becoming qualified!

Compensation & Benefits:

*Pay based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options

Lead Teacher: $18.14 – $27.22*

Teacher: $16.80 – $23.52*

Assistant Teacher: $16.00 – $22.40*

Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
