WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to oversee the implementation of a customer journey analytics solution for our client in Financial Services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex technical projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the solution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an embedded expert on the team, you will lead the implementation of the customer journey analytics solution, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, managing projects in a complex environment. Preferred background or familiarity with customer journey analytics technologies.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of customer journey analytics concepts and experience with solution implementations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive teams forward towards project goals.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Git/Jira), including working experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the implementation of the customer journey analytics solution, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and business objectives.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to drive progress and resolve any issues or roadblocks.

Coordinate and collaborate with multiple technical teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure project objectives are met within scope, schedule, and budget.

Provide regular project updates and status reports to executive stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and compliance requirements throughout the implementation process.

Identify and mitigate risks proactively, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the project team.

Apply
