Associate Corporate Attorney

LHH is partnering with an AmLaw firm on an unposted corporate associate role in the firm's Cincinnati, OH office. This is a partnership track role for attorneys with experience in M&A, finance, banking, or commercial transactions.

Responsibilities

Assist practice group chair on M&A, finance, and banking deals

Handle due diligence on large transactions and draft ancillary docments

Meet with clients and advise/counsel on all aspects of a deal

Qualifications

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Ohio or have the ability to waive in

At least two years of experience in M&A, finance, or banking law

Ability to meet with clients and handle day-to-day responsiblities of a deal
