Customer Representative

Customer Representative - Direct Hire

Location: Oakdale, MN (ON-SITE 5days/week, NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Salary: $30,000 + Bonus/Commission

Responsibilities:

Manage all customer communication and expectations throughout the entire sales process.

Ability to update all customer filed through the use of the CRM and other technological resources.

Ability to generate new leads through strategic means including canvassing, professional relationship building, etc.

Follow up on company generated leads.

Work with a team of highly motivated individuals that are driven by both individual success and team success.

Qualifications:

You are a college graduate, military veteran, or have at least 2 years experience in a professional environment.

1+ year of past experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, or retail profession.

Desire to join a company that serves their community, respect the work of coworkers and customers.

Has a positive attitude, strong desire to succeed, and is coachable.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
