Jr. Finance Associate

We are seeking entry and junior-level candidates for multiple openings with our client in Baltimore, MD. The roles are within the finance and operations divisions of an industry-leading investment banking company. Successful candidates will be analytical, driven, and excellent communicators able to interact with senior-level management. These positions are either fully onsite or hybrid where candidates are expected to be onsite 2-3 times per week.

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00/per hour

Contract Role: 6-12 months, possibility of conversion to direct hire based on performance and budget

Responsibilities:

Supporting the analysis of financial information

Handling high-volume, complex, and sensitive information

Facilitating key transactions within operations

Preparing timely and accurate trade confirmations

Reviewing and updating client accounts

Interacting with internal and external clients

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related discipline

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)

Knowledge of financial products (stocks, options, mutual funds, futures, etc.)

0-2 years of work or internship experience
