We are seeking a Manager of Marketing Analytics to help take our business to the next level, inspire innovation and adoption of advanced analytical solutions while leading a team of marketing analysts. All while working for a science based company driven to produce top of the line vitamins and supplements that help people live their healthiest lives.

Skills you need to have:

Advanced knowledge to write SQL queries for extracting and analyzing data

Knowledge in applied statistics, experience working in data mining software tools such as R, Python, SPSS, SAS or Alteryx

Must have a high level skill in using databases, analytical best practices and experience working in data mining tools

Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau

Understanding of spatial geography analytics: block groups, MSA’s DMA’s

Understanding of propensities, rank order correlations and profile ranking indices

5+ years’ of experience in analytics, B2C, B2B, direct marketing and or the advertising industry, focusing on marketing campaign effectiveness, reporting and analysis, marketing mix modeling and quantitative research

3+ years of experience managing and mentoring marketing analysts

Sample job responsibilities below:

Identify and quantify opportunities to improve KPI’s through information gathering and analysis.

Use datamining tools and techniques to incorporate machine learning models and analytic processes transforming data into insights.

Create insights, detailed analyses, experiment design and measurement, forecasting and model development exercises for various business objectives.

Support marketing stakeholders as a thought partner using data and analysis assisting in strategy development, audience targeting and identifying growth opportunities.

Support the measurement of digital and marketing programs, perform campaign response analysis to quantify results to measure and optimize marketing performance; analyze marketing metrics to identify cause-effect relationships between marketing actions and financial outcomes to achieve defined business objectives.

Query data from various datasets, identify insights and effectively communicate results to executive management and business stakeholders in a visually appealing way.

Oversee statistical analytical methods and data mining techniques to ensure accuracy across analytical projects.

Lead and direct the work of marketing analysts: support development of direct reports; provide opportunities for analysts to take ownership of initiatives; provide coaching and guidance to ensure goals are met and output meets quality standards.
